 The Geoscope Scope It Out is a great microscope for kids. It's very sturdy for abusive field use and has an extra wide viewing field with a 30 power magnification. Uses one AA battery (not included) for built-in high intensity lighting which is directed right on the subject. Eye cup is soft rubber for comfortable viewing. Comes complete with holster. Very nice unit!
